Questions, Wanda, Luke Perry

What Will 'Villains' And 'Lessons' Have In Common?

Just to touch on the spoilage that I hinted at and posted yesterday.

First, I never really intended people to spend much time analyzing the tidbits I had laced in the first post. You'll note, that with the exception of the 'Sixth Sense' reference, the key words are all proper names (or the title). I hated not coming right out with the spoilage, but I had my reasons for doing so. If I do something like that in the future, don't worry about reading too much into it. My main goal is to get word out to other sources that there is spoilage out there, so I can at least get some kind of confirmation. Rather than do it through back channels, I may have to be resort to putting out a call for spoilers. In either case, it's not something which will never be explained, or even something that I would expect to sit on for more than a couple of days.

Second, it might have come across in my summary that the Dawn/HS storyline was going to be the majority of the episode. I apologize if it was misleading. While I do think it will be a healthy chunk of the episode, there will obviously being other things happening at the same time. I'm also presuming that the spoilers are actually for Episode One. I have no solid proof of that at this time, except for the fact that it does fit the Dawn/HS storyline hinted at in the Oracle's spoilers. Could be episode two, could be episode seventeen. ME's switched things around on more than one occasion.

Finally, I want to reiterate that much of the character descriptions and especially the names might change. This is all info that has come out in preparation for the first days of filming. Names at this point could simply be 'works in progress', rather than just stating 'Dawn's Female Friend #1' or 'Cannon Fodder #3'. The important thing is that the basic facts or plots should remain roughly the same.

Oh, and the title to this thread. The answer is 'Dead Nerd' (and no, it's not the same 'dead nerd').

Who Would Have Guessed

Wanda has no spoilage for us this week, but she does address the recent statements that Amber Benson made. Amber, at a recent convention, stated that she knew that Tara would die two years ago. There has been more than a bit of outcry over that statement, which would mean that Joss and Company have lied to us for a long time about the fate of Tara. I am shocked that they would do such a thing...

Yeah, right.

Last but not least, Dark Horizons has word that CNN reported that Luke Perry will reprise his role of Pike on Buffy this season. I haven't found anything to confirm it at this point, and until I do I'd be highly skeptical. Sounds too much like the Britney rumor to me.
