AM Update - Wanda, Episode 18, Title Info, 'As You Were'

Wanda Does The Hokey-Pokey

While Wanda provided her latest batch of vagueness, the most interesting part of her Monday Chat was the editing that went on. Sometime between the end of the chat and the posting of the transcript, a change was made to one of her answers.

Last week, you gave us a hint about the big Buffy death: "Fourth one's a charm." Does that mean Buffy is going to die again? Nope. It's not Buffy. It was a far more abstract reference than a four-time corpse.

I'm tired of your obscure innuendoes. Give us a nice clean clue as to the death on Buffy!
Sure. And then I'll stick my head on a nice, clean chopping block! Sorry, but this is about as clear as I can get for now, my dear: It's someone who has/will have a broken heart.

About the Buffy death: By "charm," do you mean a reference to magic? It's not Willow, is it?
Hmmm...well, that certainly is an interesting interpretation of the word.

Is the Giles spinoff show still a go in England? Will it be shown here?
I've heard that both Ripper and the Buffy cartoon have been put on hold (supposedly temporarily) in favor of Firefly.

The original reply to question Number Two: Wanda replies: Sure. And then I will stick my nice, clean head on a nice, clean chopping block. .... Okay, I'll meet you halfway: They'll have one foot in the grave, one big ol' broken heart.

Once again, it could be read in many different ways. Although she cryptically seems to be insinuating that it will be a broken-hearted witch, it certainly won't be happening during Sweeps (or even an episode or two after Sweeps).

Tara Says, "Actually, I'm Feeling Much Better"

One of the early scenes of Episode 18 has supposedly been leaked. It was posted at the Kitten Board and features Willow and Tara talking on campus. However, the news for Willow and Tara fans isn't that they are talking, but that she isn't six feet under. It does make reference to events that may occur in Episode 17, perhaps confirming that Buffy will go a little nuts in that episode. The info was posted by Dark Sheep Mysterioso, who also gave us confirmation that Amy would be de-ratted and the events at the Bronze in 'Smashed'

Wait, I Thought Big Brother Was Over

The following was posted by Lady J at the Cross and Stake Spoiler Board yesterday (condensed from two posts)

I was at the set today and at lunch someone hired one of those small Cesna's or something to fly with banner around the set's air space that read: Buffy Rocks!! That was way cool. But sadly not everyone saw it. Amber however did see it and said: How does everyone know where we are? Just thought I'd share. It's called Entrophy. It deals with basically everybody going through stuff post Buffy's b-day and the Wedding. I'd say. I will say this. There is some Buffy/Dawn stuff. Buffy/Spike. Xander/Anya, and Willow/Tara. Hmm something to prove my knowledge. Anya tries to curse Xander, but it doesn't work. Dawn apparently stole toothpaste during her escapades. AND there is a Winnona Ryder reference. Of course these things can be cut. But atleast I was there. No I don't work for the cast, or anything like that. Otherwise I'd be contractually obligated not to tell you anything.
From the wording, you would expect that it could be Episode Seventeen or Eighteen. Since it doesn't reference the events of Episode Seventeen, you would think that it might be Eighteen. Even though this post would appear to be legit, I'm just a bit skeptical. If this plane was flying over the set, why didn't everyone see it? This is where things get confusing...

It's The End... But The Moment Has Been Prepared For.

Autumn T at the Kitten Board said that the script tidbit came from Episode Eighteen, titled 'Entropy'. Since at least one solid spoiler source is saying that Episode Seventeen will be titled 'Normal Again', I can only assumed that 'Entropy' and Episode Eighteen are one and the same. Although at this point I'm pretty skeptical of any episode title, since we didn't have the real title for 'Smashed' until it appeared in TV Guide.

At any rate, it would definitely seem that there will not be a 'Big Scooby Death' (BSD) anywhere in the vicinity of Sweeps. Which means that I'm going to move the 'Tara Dies' spoiler from the Sweeps section and back to the 'General' section where it originally was. Why am I not removing it entirely? Mainly because everyone is still claiming that there will be a BSD, and Marti certainly hasn't denied that rumor when given the chance. Anything is 'Possible' still.
