Spoiler Slayer

There have been a number of reports going around recently, which discuss the probability of the return of various 'Buffy' and 'Angel' cast members. This all seems to be coming from one AP article, which can be read (among other places) at the Miami Herald site

The two tidbits getting the most play are comments by Joss. One in which he states in regards to Buffy visiting Los Angeles ' this season, "I'm not banking on it". The other is in regards to Cordelia returning, he says "We definitely want to see Charisma again".

Unfortunately, a lot of fans are jumping to the conclusion that this means that we won't be seeing Buffy, but will definitely be seeing Cordelia.

My personal feeling is that while it's a nice rundown of who or who may not appear, I doubt that anything has been set in stone just yet. If this is indeed Angel's last season, I would highly doubt that we wouldn't see Buffy return for the final episode or two (in much the same way Angel made the trip for Buffy's finale). I would also point out that many people didn't expect Juliet Landau to make an appearance as Drusilla during Sweeps.
