The Question Is Moot

This is the last I'm going to say about the Dawn-Freshman issue. I'm rewording the spoiler to indicate that Dawn will be attending Sunnydale High. I've now seen enough info to realize we have two conflicting comments from Joss, one that she will be a freshman, the other that she will be the same age as Buffy when the show started. There's got to be some revisionism going on in either case, since she should be a Junior at this point based on her comments in Season Five. Let's just leave it at that and call the topic dead (no more mail please)

Apparently, Angel X at the Cross and Stake has received a 'Cease And Desist' letter from the Fox legal department. In addition to asking that the image galleries be removed, she was also asked to remove all spoilers.

At this time, I have not received anything from Fox, Mutant Enemy, or anyone related to the production of the show. I can't rule out that it would happen, but I'm pretty careful about what I post. I don't have copyrighted materials on the page, nor do I post links to copyrighted material or post script pages and such in the updates any longer.

Spoilers themselves, should not be a copyright violation, especially if they are untrue. I could post them as my own speculation and there's nothing that they could really do, even if they turned out to be accurate. So don't worry, the Spoiler Slayer isn't going anywhere for right now.

I'll keep you updated and with the Cross and Stake boards still active, I think the spoilers will keep finding their way to the fans.
