More spoilery goodness today, with a location report from the second day of shooting at the Kitten Boards. Again, the report seems to be confirming more of Wendy's tidbits over at Bloody Awful Poet. I have to say that we seem to be getting an amazing amount of accurate spoilers this season. Then again, most of the sites that pumped out false spoilers in the past are nowhere to be found.

Herc over at AICN has a few more tidbits for us. First, he speculates that Oz may very well be back for at least a guest spot. Which I could totally see, given that the show last year was pretty much guest-star free (it was the first season with no Amy, Ethan, Jonathan, and Oz). While we did get bits of Dru and Harmony, I think the writers wanted to focus on the story at hand, and try to keep interaction with Dawn to a minimum. I wouldn't be surprised if he does show up at some point (and for some reason I'm thinking the Musical is more likely - Sorry, Herc).

He also mentions that a Major character will die in the upcoming season and that it won't be Jonathan or Giles. It would seem that it will be a member of the Scooby Gang, Herc says that they will die at the hands of a demon. Again, can't really argue with this one, it fits the pattern. Every season (except for the first) there has been a death with far-ranging effects on the Scoobs. Jenny and Kendra in Season Two, Deputy Mayor Finch in Season Three, Dr. Walsh in Season Four, and Joyce in Season Five. As to who it might be, that's a very interesting question. I know that a lot of fans will immediately assume that it will be Tara or Anya, but I'm thinking that it's not a safe bet. I can see scenarios where it could even be someone like Willow or Xander.

On a final note, I would appreciate it if the Buffy/Spike argument would come to an end here. I know that there are passionate people on both sides, and I think I've been more than willing to listen to both sides. I've also been aware of an anti-Buffy/Spike campaign that is going on (and I guess I'm the first target). The truth is that I'm only reporting the spoilers that are out there, and that this is what we are here to discuss. I'm not here to discuss the validity of any particular 'ships', whether it be Buffy/Spike, Buffy/Angel, or Buffy/Xander. So please, give it a rest.
