Lots of action today, beginning

Lots of action today, beginning with new spoilers for Aint It Cool News. These spoilers basically backed up what AutumnT had been saying, so those Spoilers made the jump from here to the Spoiler Slayer very fast. The most interesting thing about the AICN spoilers from Herc was this comment at the very end of the article...

How about a couple more useful Buffy links for those of us with zero self-control when it comes to the spoilers?

Here’s a link to Herc’s review of the 6.1/6.2 script , and a link to a site called “The Spoiler Slayer,” which meticulously keeps track of spoiler reliability (including our own).

All I can say is Wow! and Thank You as well. It definitely seems that I picked a good time to work on fixing the page up, as traffic is just incredible. The funny thing, is that I never intended the Spoiler Slayer to become the main attraction for my site. Aside from my own ramblings, I really expected the biggest draw to be The Buffy Formula. I'm just glad that so many people enjoy the site, so thanks to everyone for the wonderful feedback.

After some good meaty spoilers, I want to turn your attention to some really out there ones that also graced my screen today. There is a service in the UK, where you can call in to get spoilers on shows like Buffy. They've been extremely unreliable in the past, and the latest batch (supposedly from this source) is also way off the mark.

Right off the bat, they say that the musical will be Episode 6, which we know isn't true anymore. The next bit is even less believable, as they claim that the writers are working to get Marc Blucas to return to the show for a couple of episodes. Supposedly, Spike and Riley will fight for Buffy's affection, asking her to choose between them. Buffy doesn't pick either suitor, as she realizes that she's still in love with Angel. The only problem with these spoilers, is that Steven DeKnight dropped by The Bronze on Friday, during a meeting where they were plotting out Episode 8. The UK rumors reference episodes 8, 11, 13 & 14. I doubt that even the writers know anything solid about mid-season, and this is the source that claimed that Buffy would be able to teleport this season.

On a final note, I want to apologize for some of the strange errors you may have been getting today. I not only discovered that the archives weren't working correctly, but that somehow my old code for the page had overwritten the most current version. So the comments weren't working correctly, among other things. I think I worked all the kinks out, but I'm sure that more will crop up as I keep working on the page. Hopefully, none of them will be too fatal.
