Spoiler Slayer

I was going to post some tidbits from the promo that aired last night, but since reviewer's copies are out, it'll probably be moot by tomorrow afternoon. So hopefully, we'll have the Musical spoiled before I even get a chance to see this week's episode. Again, it's been pretty quiet in the Spoiler department, though speculation is really ramping up. I'll post as soon as I hear anything.

There is also a rumor that supposedly the WB is backing down on allowing SMG to appear on Angel. They aren't going to have a crossover this season, but near the end, SMG might guest on the show. It's one of those, 'I know a friend that works in the industry' spoilers, however it is coming from someone who is on that board quite a bit. I don't doubt the person posting it, but I do feel that the information may be more speculation or wishful thinking on the part of the friend. Since it's highly doubtful that they've even plotted the storylines past mid-season, I really don't think this is going to happen. Especially when you consider that before the network split, the writers really wanted to get away from crossovers anyway. While it's not a big deal for Angel to appear on Buffy (part of the mythos), I think they've worked pretty hard to keep Buffy away from Angel. Last we knew, they didn't end things on good terms. Things were patched up, but on 'Buffy' not Angel. I just don't know what benefit it would be to have Buffy appear on Angel.
